Indoor pool was great for the kids, but the floor in the room felt dirty. Breakfast options were pretty limited too. Nice location near attractions like Ruby Falls. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pool was nice but definitely not heated. The room had some cleanliness issues, especially the refrigerator. Breakfast had a pancake machine, which was a fun addition. Parking was convenient next to the building. just okay for the price.

the room was disgusting. The floors were filthy, and I noticed mold everywhere. I couldn't believe how uncomfortable the bed was, and it squeaked like it was about to collapse. Total nightmare!

I was genuinely impressed by the immaculate condition of my room at Days Inn. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, enhancing the experience even further. Despite the noise from neighboring guests, the overall comfort and cleanliness made it a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean and no carpets which was nice, especially with kids around. Staff was friendly and tried to help us when we needed extra blankets.
It wasn't cheap but for what you get it's alright.

The small, warm pool was a nice touch, but the overpowering chlorine made it less enjoyable. The bathroom needed serious attention, while the beds were new but uncomfortable. On the bright side, the friendly staff made check-in smooth. The room had a lovely view of the hills and was equipped with useful amenities, though the cleaning left much to be desired. A frustrating checkout experience marred the trip; there was a misunderstanding over charges that turned sour with a staff member. Plenty of nearby dining options saved the day, but a good night's rest was elusive.

The mountain view was stunning. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants, the beds were soft and the front desk gentleman was courteous. The room was clean, void of any bugs or stained sheets. the floors needed serious attention; despite their appearance, they were dirty—my grandson's feet revealed that. Noisy neighbors made for a restless night. The shower was functional but had drainage issues, and breakfast options were limited. The fridge was dated, and housekeeping made an error by removing our towels. While the staff was friendly, vigilance is needed with cleaning protocols. I would return, but attention to cleanliness and noise discipline is essential.

The place was clean and well-kept, and the staff was super nice. The pool area was perfect for my kids; they had a blast! Location is just a hop from Walmart and some good restaurants. A little sketchy outside at times, and the breakfast options were pretty limited. The AC could’ve been better too.

The location is super easy to find. The vinyl floors are a nice change from carpet and make the room feel fresh.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

I loved how easy it was to walk to downtown Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, and the stunning Ruby Falls, all just a short drive away, making each day's adventure feel effortless, plus the friendly staff and clean amenities really added to our stay, but the hotel could use some updates to the room decor to enhance the overall experience.

The price was reasonable, and the beds and towels were clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to the interstate and a nice view from the room. Plus, all the staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
The room was outdated and grimy. There were live bugs present, which was a major concern.

Charming location, charming staff with friendly interactions and a clean, open breakfast area that offered decent options to start the day.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room had a clean smell upon entering, which was refreshing. The beds were comfortable, though not queen-sized as advertised. Noise was an issue; the door didn’t close properly, allowing in sounds from the outside. The temperature control worked well, making it easy to adjust. Lighting was plentiful, both natural and from lamps. The indoor pool was appealing, and I appreciated its cleanliness. there was no closet space, just a couple of hooks. The shower offered great water pressure, enhancing overall comfort despite a few maintenance concerns.

The vinyl flooring instead of carpet was a nice touch and made the room feel more modern. The front desk staff was also very courteous, which added to a positive experience. there were a few aspects that could have been improved. One major issue was the uncomfortable beds and pillows. Both my husband and I struggled to get a good night's sleep due to this. the breakfast options were quite limited, with only two choices of muffins available. It would have been nice to have a wider selection, especially with dietary restrictions. Another downside was the issue with the power outlets in the room. It was frustrating to deal with the limited electrical capacity, as only one appliance could be used at a time without causing a disturbance. The maintenance of the room also left much to be desired, as we found dried food on the furniture and floors, as well as general untidiness throughout. our stay at the Days Inn had its positives and negatives. While the location and cleanliness were satisfactory, the uncomfortable beds and lackluster breakfast options were notable drawbacks.

Conveniently located right off the interstate, making it easy to access other attractions in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in.
Our romantic escape was marred by numerous issues. The room was not properly cleaned, with dirty bedding and a broken air conditioning unit.

We had a fantastic time exploring Chattanooga Riverfront and Tivoli Theatre close by, making it a convenient stay with our little ones. The staff warmly welcomed our three adults and two young kiddos, offering a dog-friendly accommodation.
My wife says that families with children would benefit from more kid-friendly amenities.

I had a blast at Ruby Falls, Fun Forest Playground, and Lookout Mountain Tower. the best part was when I swung by the Tennessee Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museums, feeling like a kid all over again.
I guess I'll start vacuuming my room myself next time! .

My friends and I had a blast exploring Chattanooga Riverfront and catching a show at Tivoli Theatre. It was awesome having a chill place to crash after partying, and the fact that kids under 13 and babies under 2 could stay free was a bonus!
More fun activities at the hotel for young party animals would make the stay even more lit! .
